Step Three: Implementation
A successful implementation is dependent upon a number of things. Though the process can seem complicated and daunting we utilize a phased implementation approach which involves discrete packages of business modifiers that stand alone as modules. We do not attempt to modify everything and then make the changes at once.
This phased approach has many advantages:
Prioritized actions/modifications are completed completely and put into place without the need to warehouse them for later implementation efforts.
As each segment comes on line, exiting staff can be repurposed to work on other segments. The benefits of updating business assets and maximizing bottom line impact are realized much more quickly.
The project plan lays out the sequence in which your business structure/assets/brand is to be modified and your staff is organized to work collaboratively.
